Refund policy
Oh no! Whats happened? Don't worry... we are here and on hand to help!
We want you to be absolutely delighted with your purchase so we operate a 14-day return policy - which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
Damaged Items Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
Brand New or Incorrect Items. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, ie. un-opened and in its original packaging. If you have purchased an item that has been assembled or manufactured to a bespoke specification you may not be able to return it. We also do not accept returns if you have installed (or attempted) installation of the product.
Faulty items - Everything we sell includes a 12 month manufacturers warranty. If you suspect your product has developed a fault please contact us as we may be able to provide help over the phone to rectify the issue without the need to send it back to us. Should we not be able to provide a remote fix we may need the product back to investigate the issue. The most common issue we see is incorrect installation so we strongly advise calling us before you de-install any equipment as we may be able to help resolve the issue over the phone.
Our Return Process
To start a return, please contact us at contact@wosson.uk. Please note that in all instances we will require a copy of the purchase receipt. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. It is your responsibility to package the item appropriately and we recommend that all items are sent via a tracked / insured service as we cannot accept responsibility for any parcels that are lost in the post.

Refunds. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
